Sir Frank supported expanding and improving railways throughout Boroondara and Victoria. Politics

Sir Frank supported expanding and improving railways throughout Boroondara and Victoria. During the 1911 election campaign, he spoke in favour of duplicating the railway to East Camberwell and removing level crossings.[1]
